No rush to run: What is the cause of yor sore throat? If it is caused by a post nasal drip can be brought on by stimulation of the nose by the cold weather, i would wear amask when you run outside.Have you had a culture to determine the cause of your sore throat. If you have strep or other infectionii would refrain from running.Running can increase your fatigue you already have from an infection. Wait a few days.
