Exercise illness: Most providers will advise that if you so not have a fever it is ok to so mild exercise. But keep in mind if you have any dizziness from congestion you may want to opt for activities where you can't accidentally fall and hurt yourself. As much as we admire and encourage exercise, if someone is truly sick one day is not worth falling ; breaking something that will limit wks of fun.
