A member asked:

What should i do to treat my back pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Exercise: 95% of patients with back pain, not back and leg pain, experience relief with physical therapy. This can be water based initially, to add to compliance, then land based, finally something you do each day at hoem to maintain back health. Injections have a poor track record for lasting relief, and medicines can be useful to get things going but not long term.
