Hard/Soft Nightguard: 1. Apply moist heat for 20 minutes 2-4 times each day to the painful area . 2. Eat a soft diet. Avoid hard foods . Do not chew gum! 3. Chew your food on both sides at the same time to reduce 4. Tongue up and teeth apart – i suggest that you closely monitor your jaw position during the day. 5. Otc anti-inflammatory as directed as needed. 6. You may need a bruxer guard for while you sleep.
