Maybe: Pain inside the lower legs may be related to number of causes: the position or the way you walk with orthotics, strain or overuse, may be remaining of previous problem, or be totally a new issue. See your doctor/podiatry.

Consider: Consider being seen by an osteopathic physician. Osteopathic physicians have additional training in the musculoskeletal system and may be able to find the root of the problem or offer additional treatment or therapy (to include osteopathic manipulative medicine)depending on what is found on physical exam and further review of the history.
