Not bad: Some women have inverted nipples. When and if they breast feed, usually the nipples become more erect to get the job done. You don't need to do anything - all women's breasts are different. What is not good is if one nipple that previous was not inverted becomes inverted over time (that can sometimes be related to a tumor).
