LASIK or Visian ICL: Consider scheduling an appointment with a refractive surgeon in your area. There may be a treatment available. You can also google things like "lasik", "visian icl" (implantable contact lens for highly myopic patients) or "cataract surgery". Depending on your age and type of refractive error you have (i.e. Nearsighted or farsighted with or without astigmatism), there may be an option.
