May be ingrown!: Swelling and drainage (even if it's clear blister-like fluid) are signs of an ingrown toenail. It may not be infected yet, which is a good thing. Soak in warm water and epsom salts 10min/day and cover with antibiotic ointment and a bandaid in the meantime, but see your podiatrist for permanent treatment options.
