History and physical: Prostate infections are real and if undiagnosed and untreated have the potential to become chronic infections - which are really bad - so if you have symptoms - go see your md - they will ask about your urination history, pain, frequency, etc.. Possibly do a urinalysis and exam - to occ include the prostate - not always - because a really inflamed prostate should not be manipulated much - great ?!
