Prostate infection: Signs: fever / chills / back pain along with urinary frequency / urgency and burning with urination. Some patient will also complain of a discomfort in their perineum (area between scrotum and anus). Testicular/scrotal discomfort has also been described as well. Urine may be cloudy / dark as well.
