If this is: On the white part of the eye, it will get better without treatment. The iris is the colored part. If you have a burst blood vessel there, please see an ophthalmologist today.

Very unusual: The iris is well protected and will not bleed unless the trauma is severe ( in which case treating these vessels is the least of the problems) or it can bleed with am unusual condition termed rubeiosis which is indicative of advanced diabetes or ischemia of the eye. Iris bleeding will always spontaneously stop so it needs no treatment. But are you sure it is the iris that is the source of blood
