A member asked:

What pills are the best to help with period cramps?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

NSAIDS: Motrin/ibuprofen/advil....All work very well for menstrual cramps. Taking these as directed for the severe days can really help. If you are not getting good relief, there are other options- check with your doctor.
