Yes: Changes in the weather can cause pressure changes in the joints and which cause some people to feel sick.

Weather affects us: Depression is related to lack of light exposure like in winter or working the night shift. Pain has been associated with slowly falling barometric pressure the mechanisms are as yet unknown.
