Colds: Colds are usually viral related but can be related to barometric change as in the weather. You may get relief with an antihistamine.

Freq. colds: Your immune system resistance may be low. Some of the colds may be allergy, or chronic sinus infection. Improve diet, more fruits and veggies. Low sugar. See allergist re: boosting immune system to allergic substances. Take daily vitamin d3 to get into optimum range. Review medications as they may be bothering you.
