Weather changes: Are associated with the severity of pain. Cold weather will generally aggravate pain due to the vasoconstriction to the peripheral area and trying to keep the homeostasis . Where as the hot whether is associated by improvement in pain due to improved circulation and muscle relaxation . During hot whether there is peripheral vasodilation and more blood flow to the area hopefully more endorphin
