Get evaluated: Many things can cause ankle pain. I would recommend being evaluated by a podiatrist or foot and ankle orthopedic surgeon.

MANY REASONS: Did this happen all of a sudden? Maybe a gout attack. Any injury? Pain gradually getting worse? Maybe an arthritic ankle joint. See either a podiatrist or orthopedist specializing in foot/ankle. Sincerely, Dr. Latva
