Could sexual abuse (orally) as a young child cause a high palate/teeth crowding?

No: The palate & dental l issues are more genetic than event related. I find no relationship between the event & palate/dental issues.

No: High narrow palate is usually congenital or the result of breathing problems causing the muscles of the jaw and face to restrict normal expansion of the palate.

No: To adversely affect normal palate anatomy requires long-term pernicious habits, such as thumb or finger, sucking many hours a day, beyond Age 4. Most palatal width/crowding issues are genetic. Please see an Orthodontic Specialist. There are treatment modalities available to you.
