It can either mean : That your leg lengths are not equal and it is leading to a scoliosis or that your scoliosis is not "balanced" and is causing a pelvic balance issue or both. You should see a spine specialist.

Depends: It can be cause or effect. In other words, if a scoliosis curve extends particularly low, it can be cause an obliquity of the pelvis like you are describing. On the other hand, having an uneven pelvis, as can occur when one leg is longer than the other, can contribute to scoliosis as well. Thank you for the question.
