I have been diagnosis with unexplained fevers by my gp. i have had all the tests they have and all were negative. i get these fevers on a weekly/monthly.

However, it will be important to gather all the data- progress notes , lab results, rafiology readings, culture results- and organize it in chronologically, as well as writing your history of present illness down on paper.
