No: These symptoms do not mean conception, although this is not a reliable means of contraception. If the next period is missed, then testing for conception is advised.

It depends: The likelihood of conception depends on several things, including where you are in your cycle (i.e. If you were due to ovulate). Even though your boyfriend did not ejaculate inside of you, there is still the possibility of sperm being present in any pre-ejaculate fluid. If you period is late, make sure to take a pregnancy test.
