Answer: Could you please elaborate more, like what does you mean by frozen ? What event before the incidence ? Was it associated with pain ? I suggest you should consult an orthopedic doctor/surgeon for further consultation, frozen shoulders are usually dealt with in anesthesia for diagnosis as well as for treatment purpose...Many thanks for question and my apology for delayed reply.
