It depends: It depends on what the frustration is about. Also the intensity matters. If extremely intense, and it's generalized to most circumstances when you don't get what you want, it could indicate need for professional evaluation and help. Your doctor could get you started. Seeing a psychotherapist could also be helpful.

Frustration: Frustration is really just a momentary emotional experience. We feel uncomfortable and want something to change. Rather than seeking some way to not feel that emotional state, just sit and let the frustration be as it is. Don't tell a story about it, just let it be and see how it resolves all on its own without doing anything. The biggest problem with frustration is trying to get away from it.
