Leg burning: It can be due to fatique and "lactate" production by your leg muscles which can give a burning/aching workout feeling... Additionally, it can be due to reduced bloodflow during heavy workouts, esp. If there are vascular diseases in the family. A nerve problem in the lower back can give neurogenic clauication or cramps when upright and working out, so see your doctor to give him details of the pain.

Claudication: Your symptoms could be indicative or either decreased blood flow to legs or associated with lumbar stenosis, and transient nerve compressions. A few rare muscle diseases may cause such symptoms. Lastly, this could merely be the result of some low level deconditioning, which might respond to exercise and stretching. Might check in with your doctor.
