Can a post nasal drip have caused etd that i've had for 5 months? three months of nasal steroids did nothing. clicking and ear pain are unbearable.

Possible allergies: You may have developed an allergy that is producing your post nasal drip. Perhaps you should see an allergist and get evaluated and possibly tested. As a last resort if you have no allergies you might want to see an ENT physician and discuss the possibility of taking oral steroids to clear up your ear pain.

ETD: This could be a sinus infection... www.nwnasalsinus.com has lots more information but see an ENT doc for a diagnosis -you could need a ct scan.
