Could have old blood: If you had any bleeding at the time of the gastroscopy biopsies, this get expelled as dark liquidy stools. Be sure to let your doctor know. If you are very weak, short of breath, or feel your heart racing, you should seek immediate medical attention.

Revisit: You need to revisit the doctor who performed your procedures. By your description, i suspect that you are bleeding from your gastrointestinal tract, probably from your stomach where biopsies were taken. This explains the black diarrhea. Call your doctor or go to the nearest er immediately.
