Needs more than wate: Babies with roseola, or many other viral infections, can feel bad for many days. It is good that he is drinking, but he needs more that just water, as it has no calories or salts. At the minimum, you need to use pedialyte or a similar electrolyte solution. Ideally, get him back on his regular mild as soon as you can.
