Overweight?: If your chin looks just like mom's, this may be genetics in action. But, if you're overweight, start with modest weight reduction. If that doesn't take care of the problem, at least consider talking to a plastic surgeon to see what options you have. Liposuction may be one possibility. Keep an open mind. Chin cleft?: If you're referring to the familiar midline chin cleft that many people are born with or acquire as teens, why not ask several of your friends -- or even a partner -- whether you should get a plastic surgery consult which could remove the dimple. I'll bet you'll be surprised. Ms. Lovato isn't complaining.
