Throbbing for months lower right calf?

Throbbing calves: Muscle spasm, need for stretching but can be a circulation problem with decreased blood flow or inflamed or painful varicose veins as in thrombophlebitis. Also must rule out deep blood clot. See your doctor.

Blood clot: Could be anything from a blood clot, to a ruptured baker's cyst, to a torn muscle in the calf. How did this start. Any chest discomfort tod shortness of breath ?
