How long?: Sounds like an intestinal flu bug. Upset stomach, diarrhea lead to dehydration. This can make you feel lightheaded and give you a headache. Drink plenty of fluids, something like gatorade may help the most. If this has been going on for a while you may need further evaluation by your internist.
