Talk to therapist: In my experience, on some level we all really know why we do certain things. Sometimes it's hard to figure it out. Sometimes you don't really need to figure out why, but just need to learn a new pattern of behavior or way of thinking about things. A trained psychologist or therapist can really help. If you don't like the first one you see, try another one. Good luck!
