Large knuckles (middle of fingers) most of my life. i had a habit bending and pushing my knuckles which caused this. can they be fixed? or too late?

Bouchard's nodes: Enlarged knuckles at the mid-finger are called bouchard's nodes and are a sign of wear-and-tear on the joints (osteoarthritis). Genetics is also thought to play a role. Unfortunately there is not yet a cosmetic fix for this.
