I am having trouble eating, after eating i feel sharp pain in my spleen/ kidney area. i woke up with nosebleeds. my back hurts as well..whats wrong?

See your doctor: Nosebleeds may be due to many causes including a low platelet count or simply due to dry indoor heat. I recommend that you get checked by your doctor because you have pain in the area of your spleen. If your spleen is enlarged from mononucleosis, for example, you could have pain in that area and other problems. Are you bruising easily? If so, that is another sign of low platelets.
