Small abscess: It may be an infection of a sebaceous gland or a small abscess below the skin. The redness and pain make a skin infection likely. The bartholins glands are located towards the opening of the vagina (at 4 & 8 o'clock, near the perineal body). You can try applying warm compresses to the bump to see if it will help it to drain or to shrink in size, but u may need antibiotics if it doesn't.Dont sque.
