Nuvaring: There are 5 year or 10 year iuds so if you want to get pregnant in 2 years then they will not be very cost effective. Nexplanon is good for 3 years. The NuvaRing is a good shorter term option with a lower failure rate than the pill.

A 52 day cycle is: Not normal and if it is 52 days you probably do not ovulate anyway , you should discuss this with your gyn, u can do an ovulation kit and your gyn can do blood work for your hormones, most people do ok with iuds but sometimes they can cause an infection, abnormal bleeding , and vaginal discharge.
