Go see your doctor: I said pus needs to be drained by doctor, not patient. Doctor will also prescribe appropriate medications based upon infection which requires culture. For now, over-the-counter pain medications can be used but not to avoid doctor visit. Bottom line, go see your (his) doctor now.
