I have chronic urticaria that comes every 3 years. this time it is accompanied with chills, slight fever (99.5) & some trouble breathing while talking?

See doctor: I think you need to get an appointment with your allergist ASAP since most chronic urticaria is associated with the symptoms you have described. I suspect that you may have a vasculitic issue which may affect your lungs and/or heart. Don't delay another minute.
