Joint inflammation!: Your pain is too global to have degenerative arthritis. Your description suggests an inflammatory arthritis. You cannot have fibromyalgia, which does not cause pain below the knee or in the hands. See someone in rheumatrology, or your pcp!

Fibromyalgia maybe: You may have a condition called amplified pain syndrome, also known as fibromyalgia. Although this is not a condition that involves the immune system in any way, a rheumatologist may be able to help you. First see your primary care doctor for an initial evaluation. If there is no lab or physical exam evidence of a different disease process, ask for a referral to a rheumatologist.
