Vitamins: This will not make it easier for you to become pregnant and there is seldom any need for vitamin supplements in people with a normal typical american diet that contains some meat. My advice would be to use folic acid if you become pregnant and do away with the Geritol. Good luck.

No & it's up to you: When I was growing up, Geritol brand of vitamins (http://www.geritol.com/geritol-complete) was advertised for older patients. I am not aware of any evidence that taking them will get you pregnant faster. Any iron supplement can make you constipated. If you're trying to get pregnant, consider switching to a prenatal vitamin that has extra folate (folic acid) in to reduce risk for spinal tube defects
