Rather unlikely, but: Some people feel their headaches are so severe that they wish they could die from them. Perhaps, however, a stroke could occur if one has classical migraines with auras, associated with female hormones and cigarette smoking, but I have not seen death with this either. So, as miserable as a migraine might be, people do survive to suffer the next if not prevented. Talk to your doctor.
