Could you give me some information about anti reflective lenses?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Anti-reflective: These are eyeglass lenses that have a coating on the surface that is 1/4 wave in thickness which cuts out some of the stray light and improves acuity. It is similar to the greenish blue coating you see on cameras. It is useful especially for out of door use to cut down glare.
