Nothing: You only need cataract surgery with a lens implant one time. If you are experiencing vision issues, you should see an eye doctor.

Usually nothing: Intraocular lens implants are expected to last a patients lifetime usually without any problem. Some patients experience a clouding of the posterior capsule behind the implant that may require a straightforward laser procedure to fix.
