See a dentist!: It sounds like the tooth may have enough decay in it at this point that it is starting to break down and fall apart. See a dentist immediately before you have a bad toothache. Always better to prevent pain and infection rather than trying to remove it once present.

Make a call..: ..For an appointment with a local dentist. This cannot be treated at home, and the longer you wait the worse your problem will get. After three years, there is a good possiblility the tooth needs major treatment. Call today for an appointment and feel better soon.
