Stain: I have seen many patients over the years, some are blessed with naturally white teeth. Those patients who have mantained white teeth over the years stay away from foods that stain, such as red wine, coffee, tea...Etc. Brush, floss, and go regularly to have your teeth cleaned by a dentist or hygenest are the best ways to prevent stains.

You can not.: There is no "natural" bleaching agent that I am aware of. The most common bleaching agent is carbamide peroxide used in professionally dispensed bleaching systems. See your dentist for options.
