Nothing serious: Take Nexium (esomeprazole) or prilisec 40 mg. At night for 6 months .Avoid spicy foods and hot peppers. And dont worry. You will get better.

4 years ago reflux started and lead to non h-pylori gastritis. Quit smoking, I'm not overweight, and quit drinking. Chronic gerd persists. Take 20mg aciphex daily. I reflux drinking water. Anything else I can add medication wise to help avoid cancer
I have gastritis for two months, which got worse recently. Doctors told me to follow a diet and take some drugs, but i dont see much improvement. Its not due H. pylori but due to improper diet and stress. Could this be chronic?
