See your dentist: Constant tooth pain may be caused by a variety of problems, none of which can be treated with home remedies. Possibly: you may have moderate to very deep decay. You may have gumline recession causing you to have sensitive, exposed root surfaces. You may have impacted wisdom teeth causing pressure on adjacent teeth. Or what? Grinding or gum prob: You could be grinding your teeth or constantly clenching your teeth. If there is bleeding when you brush your teeth it is probably gum disease and should see your dentist especially if its been awhile.
