Can an ovarian cyst on the right side cause pain on the left side with diarrhea ( foul smell yellow) cramps, chills. blood work and ct scan are ok?

Seems Unlikely: I would think that the pain would be on the same side as the cyst. Your symptoms sound more GI in nature and the cyst may be just an incidental finding on the ct. Remember that all regular cycling women will produce one cyst each month (usually <2.5 cm) and that is the special cyst that has an egg inside.

Not likely: More likely gastrointestinal causes, e.g.Infectious, and/or inflammation.
