The irregular: Menses is either from a lack of hormone from the brain( that stimulates the ovary) or from a lack of response of the ovaries from the hormones ( see pcos). There are exceptions which may involve the uterus if the cervix is scarred shut ( pain usually) or a vigorous d@c ( Asherman's syndrome). The lh can fluctuate, no issue with isolated low lh if the fsh, other labs nml of which I am aware.Gd luc.
