After a ruptured cyst, 7 days of brownish spotting when i wipe, i now am amidst my 2nd period this month. should i be concerned?

Not yet: You can observe for a little while, but this breakthrough bleeding and now the heavier bleeding - are not normal. If they persist; i.e. - if your periods don't normalize in another month or so a sonogram and visit w/your ob/gyn would be helpful.
