Don't know: "cramping can have multiple causes. It can signal premature contractions of the uterus and threatened premature labor and may need immediate attention. It can signal vascular (blood flow) changes and need monitoringor treatment. It can just be normal changes during pregnancy. It is something to discuss with your OB doctor.
