They shouldn't: Your eyes should not normally ache when wearing glasses for long periods of time. If this is the case, then they may not be fitted right on your face, or you may not have the correct prescription in the lenses.

No: Check the fit, check for the correct prescription, take more breaks. May be related to asthenopia or eye strain.
